Live operations for pickleball venues

See what is actually happening on your courts, even when no one is on site.

Court Intelligence gives pickleball clubs, HOAs, and community operators real-time visibility into court traffic, queue pressure, and on-site activity while helping players know when to go through WhoPlays.

Court Intelligence

Live venue activity, court availability, wait pressure, and historical trends in one operational dashboard.

Reduce peak-time complaints

See live venue pressure before crowded sessions turn into player frustration.

See court pressure in real time

Understand how busy the venue feels now, whether courts are opening up, and when waits are building.

Plan with real usage history

Use historical trends to support staffing, court planning, and expansion decisions.

Why venue operators use it

Court Intelligence helps operators make faster decisions during busy hours, improve player visibility, and build a real usage history for the facility.

For clubs with reservations

  • Your reservation system shows bookings. Court Intelligence shows what is actually happening on court.
  • See when booked courts are still occupied and when open play traffic is building into a wait.
  • Support staff decisions and court policies with live on-site visibility.

For HOAs and community courts

  • Help residents know when to go before they drive to the courts.
  • Reduce open play crowding complaints without needing staff on site.
  • Use real usage data to guide amenity decisions and future court expansion.

For operators planning growth

  • Review historical traffic by time, venue, and court.
  • Compare real activity against operating assumptions during busy periods.
  • Build the case for staffing changes, policy updates, or more courts.

Choose your setup outcome

Start with a quick estimate or map your venue in more detail to unlock court availability and wait insights.

Free player advantage in WhoPlays US

When a venue enables Court Intelligence, players benefit automatically at no extra cost.

  • Check if a venue is currently busy before driving there
  • See estimated wait pressure and better windows to play
  • Reduce uncertainty and wasted trips during peak hours

Want this at your club, HOA, or community courts?

Players do not buy the infrastructure, but they can help create demand. Share the founding venue page with the person who runs your courts.

  • Send one owner-facing page instead of explaining the product yourself.
  • Give operators the standard setup path and the founding-program option in one place.
  • Help your venue evaluate live busyness, wait pressure, and court visibility without guessing.

Camera data & privacy

Court Intelligence is designed for operational visibility with venue-controlled camera behavior.

  • Cameras send snapshots outbound by API push or FTPS upload; we do not connect to your local network.
  • By default, snapshots are processed for occupancy/wait signals and are not stored.
  • If Camera Group debug mode is enabled, snapshots may be stored for ML improvement until the user-defined debug expiration.
  • While a camera is in initializing status, one latest initialization snapshot is retained and replaced by newer ones.
  • Operators can disable camera delivery at any time by removing camera configuration on their side.

Players in WhoPlays US receive live busyness and wait indicators for enabled venues, not camera setup controls.
